If I could put 0 zero stars I would. They take advantage and over charge. Bring cash or they will steal from you. A company in this industry should be professional and take responsibility for mistakes... more

A company in this industry should be professional and take responsibility for mistakes. They don’t and will mess with you by over charging and seeing if notice. Sad sad sad. Then they will tell you there’s nothing they can do. Spend that extra 20$ to feed yourself. I already ate and still got a full plate. Take food right out of your mouth in front of you.

I've been a long time patient for years now and used to buy from Golden State Greens every other week, until I had the experience this morning that will never have me return. I was the first customer this morning and immediately as I entered the front entrance I was met by a man with a raised voice asking for my ID and rushing to put on plastic gloves. There was another man sitting down behind the desk that the first person gave my ID to and I was told to go wait in the waiting room as they attempted to check me in. I didn't want to walk away from my license so I stood there, which they seemed to have a problem with. They kept asking me if I have been there before, if it was my first time there, what my phone number was, etc.I've been there more than enough times to know the process and flow of checking in.Walk in. Go to the desk to check in by showing ID. After being checked in by competent staff wait in the waiting room. Wait for name to be called. I won't be doing business here again. I called moments after driving away to include the names of the two men but the employee said she was unable to provide their names. I asked for a supervisor and spoke to a man named Misa that apologized for the experience and took down my information to call me back. I received a missed call while driving but no voicemail was left.Look GSG, you're dealing with patients.Train your staff for an efficient and seamless experience to avoid losing customers or negative reviews.

I like this spot. Parking stinks, area is sketch but sometimes have pretty good deals if u know what to look for. Never had a customer service issue, always friendly to me. Please get more variety of edibles. $23 for the least expensive gummies and I can eat half a bag in one sitting. Sour punchies are better and 1/2 the price. Outco used to be my favorite but the last 3 vapes I bought from here burned out before they were done. And- they dont seem the same- like extremely weak. I tried sativa then hybrid then indica. Straight Meh. I pay the extra $$ for better product but it's not worth it anymore. Wonder what happened. Not blaming the dispensary. Just hmmmm

Been living close by for years but recently went in, ordered pick up and the prices, wait time was ok. 3.5 but a 4 star is ok considering the staff is friendly as always, even back then. I felt more community friendly a while back when its was a bit more personal but now seems like another dispenserary making good business.Overall I also hoped they would offer clones for growers but that went out too.Business is Business, I hope they get back into the culture of cultivation that used to be offered at Golden. I used to have good small talk with staff members but some have moved on. The knowledge has to be there even when you dont sell, it's always good to have the knowledge of Cannabis everywhere. I would know.Golden times I guess now.P.S. i am Lupus/ESKD patient as well as chemotherapy. Patients with doctor letters used to have better offers too.

First time we came in, it was great. Had a very helpful, knowledgeable and enjoyable experience with a lovely employee. But after we left we realized the cartridge we got had a burnt coil and it seemed as though we may be inhaling some bad chemicals. Brought it back for an exchange and because the cartridge was working they refused to exchange it for one that would that would likely be better for our lungs. Said “they don’t exchange due to taste” Had a wonderful first visit but will not be returning.

This is one of the only dispensaries I go to since it became fully legal. I love this spot. If you plan it right no line but, even if there is a line they move fast! Friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. Very little personality conflicts most times. One of my favs being Chelsea and Trinity! I would Recommend this spot to anyone

Where do I begin? I recently relocated to SD and was in need of a reputable and friendly place. Since my first visit, Golden State Greens has made me feel like family and I'm literally here multiple times per week! I'm a customer for life and won't be going anywhere else :)

They have pretty good flower in stock however the bud tenders have very little knowledge about the products that they sell, especially if you are looking for extracts or cartridges. In addition, everything except the flower is hidden in packaging. When visually inspecting these types of products can be crucial to assessing their quality, and the employees can’t tell you anything about them... that is a huge set back. I asked for Rosin or Hash Rosin products and was handed Live Resin products. After telling them that was not what I was asking for, and that I was only interested in solventless products.. I had two separate tenders ask me what the difference was. They also could not tell me much about the different active cannabinoids in their products and how that effected the way they made you feel. Basically they have some relatively decent flower products and the extracts were alright, but as a customer I don't feel I should have to educate the employees about the products that they sell.

I felt rushed and the person who "helped" me wasn't helpful or seemed to even like his job. He couldn't tell me much about the products, not even the terpene content (or if there were any,) and when I needed to buy a battery, he tried to upsell me by telling me the cheapest one didn't have any voltage options. I picked it anyway because of the case, and happened to accidentally press the button three times--it changed the voltage setting! He either lied to me or knew so little about his own products that he misinformed me! I am really disappointed by my experience here and am very glad I won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Visiting SD from Sacramento, stopped in to pick up some stuff for our vacation and probably had the best experience with a budtender I’ve really ever had, Seth F (also from Sacramento!) was very helpful, very friendly and super knowledgeable. I’ve been in many dispensaries around California and Seth gave us one of our favorite experiences! Thank you!
