Friendly staff. Prices vary but it goes from $10/g to $18/g. They have special deals and the delivery service is impeccable- order before 12PM and you get free preroll on delivery orders. The environment will probably be the sexiest dispensary in Toronto at the moment.

Better than buying from government licensed retailers.. however there is a but... The government licensed stores all come in a jar pre-scaled.. Some of the budtenders at c.a.f.e may not give you a full gram even though you paid for a full gram (especially the ones that cost more than $10 a gram). Sometimes it feels a little light.. Maybe some staff members are ripping off every customer so they can accumulate free weed for themselves on our expense. Idk man

Overall, cafe does it's job of providing quality cannabis. It's prices are a little high for flower, but still competitive, and given how convenient they have been, it's hard to complain. The layout and service is generally good, but can be a bit awkward first time there; just show your ID and wait for them to tell you to go upstairs or too the back (depending on how busy it is). Service is generally good, but depends on the bud tender, but most are great and happy to suggest product and offer insight. Product is generally good across the board. I've smoked cannabis for a long time and haven't had any issues.

This store is great. Your people is very nice. Normally I have always been to the store but due to current circumstances they work online. Today for the first time there was a small error with the order, which without contacting them, they have quickly resolved without any problem. In addition to that, we have been presented with some gifts, and we really appreciate it. They are great!

Delivery service needs improvement. I had placed and received confirmation of my order at 10:21am. I had received missed calls regarding my order from a no caller ID number without the option to call or text back. Over 2.5 hours the website said it was awaiting driver with no further communication. Rather disappointed.

The folks at Cafe are bright, friendly , knowledgeable and are miles ahead of the "downtown competition". The coffee is better , the staff are the best and the products are beyond compare. These folks deserve the best because they are the best and anyone who tells you otherwise is uninformed. They offer variety which leaves the competition in the dust. Get off the damn computer and get out and support local business and local economy. THAT IS HOW WE WIN!!!!!!! Thanks Cafe we will see you soon.

I walked into the location 1321 St Clair Ave W, On Saturday January 18th, 2020. It was a cold snowy day and upon arrival at the location i was completely covered in snow. One of your amazing girls named Ziggy approached me and offered to wipe all the snow off me. I was completely taken away by her kind gesture. With the greatest attitude, she warmed my heart. I wanted to give her the shout out and appreciation she deserves. For something so simple, with her act of kindness shouldn't go unnoticed! We need more Ziggys in this world that's for sure.After being dried off, i walked into the back to be served. I was greeted by the bud tender Mocha. You could feel her positive energy and vibe in the room. She was rocking the greatest smile too! Helped me get what i wanted, her customer service was on point! down to earth cool kind chick! Im a regular at your location and i must say Mocha is definitely one i wont forget. Wanna give appreciation to her as well!Ziggy & Mocha are a dynamic duo!

Excellent staff, great knowledge and awesome products. Been going here for three years now.UPDATE: this location has been cement bricked by the Toronto police. 8 foot tall cement barrier covers the entire store front. RIP. :(Update to update: theeeeyre back!

I’m not from this area and was super excited to buy some weed - seeing as there isn’t any dispensaries where I’m from - I called to make sure they were open due to the news about this place, and the automatic voice assured me that they were operating at the regular times as usual and are OPEN. To my surprise, they aren’t!!! I wasted $30 in an uber fee all because these people don’t have the information updated on their sight that they are temporarily closed. I stress that the management needs to update this information, for many people who have probably had a similar experience. Then the employees that sit outside to tell people they’re closed recommended to me another cannabis shop, and I couldn’t find it because of the lack of information and bad directions. Almost couldn’t find my way home. Thanks so much for such a bad experience. Update your information, your employees aren’t helping your image either.

My favorite place to buy these beautiful and very good quality flowers and great product . Every time I go to Cafe it doesn't take much time to be served , everyone is very kind and friendly! I love that i can get a yummy latte after or before i buy my needs. I wish you guys stay around for many many tears coming ahead!!!
