I wish I knew the guys name who helped me, because that was some of the worst customer service I have ever received.The best way I can describe him is that he looks to be of Indian decent. You would think that someone doing a customer service job would have general knowledge as to how to talk to people, however this guy just doesn't get it. Myself an others have encountered his horrible customer service and your management does nothing to correct it. Until this issue gets addressed I will not be returning to your business and I will be telling all of my friends to avoid this place.
