Used to be one of the best places to go. Now they barely compete on their deals. The customer service has taken a nosedive over the last couple years. There are times the budtenders don't even know their own specials going on but will be adamant that they r right. Been claiming for the last few years that they are getting a reward system set up real soon but clearly just a ploy to get people to come back. I tried asking today and the budtender cut me off and says he knows nothing about it and just does what he is told to do. Didnt even offer to find out. Very poor experience the last few times i went
