Hello Denver PeepsI have been to the kush club many times in the last year, not only do they have great prices & hours but amazing customer service as well! I mean the security people are my favorite but in all general this is a well suited dispensary! I will continue to enjoy and hope this post encourages others!

Wednesday from very happy to ready to file a formal complaint with the medical marijuana board 😠One bad day as a medical patient gets you treated differently and no longer honored with points for purchase. Been shopping there since they opened and now if I never go there again, it'll be too soon. Bad treatment and RUDE!🤬

Terrible experience, lame manager, took my friends & family discount away, lost my loyalty points in a new system, wont mix n match from the same shelf, tried to charge $30+ too much even with the discount acting like he was doing me a favor extending the discount one more time. I will never go back to your store and I will tell ALL my co-workers to go literally anywhere else. Screw Denver Kush Club!

A few good strains... but overall not happy! Bought an ounce top star shelf . $165.00 and tipped too! Girl was obviously in a hurry to get back to her phone. Not one person even talked to me or engaged at all with me during my visit. Transaction took less than 3 minutes. Didnt even de-stem the bud. Paid for a bunch of stem weight. Will be going back to my regular dispensary. At least they take the time to actually give good customer service. Got home and wasnt even full ounce weight!

Thank you kush club! Walked in on the brink of closing, I didn’t know they closed at six on Sunday. So FN nice! Welcomed immediately. Medical program might be the best I’ve seen in this area, signature wax through diamonds pax pods I could keep rambling with no commas!! Grace was very knowledgeable, I owe ya one girl! Quality has been on a hard decline.Specials aren’t worth what your getting.Just went in not long ago and got some docs OG however I’m positive this is my last visit. Even with it being walking distance from my home I would rather drive and find a better deal with better quality cannabis.On top of all this the customer service is lacking and poorly educated on the products.

Came in here because my normal store MMJ off Arapahoe has had some major changes which affected their inventory. Thus I've been searching for a new dispensary and suffice to say I've found it.Local store, not a chain, great selection, multiple tiers of product, tax included in their pricing, daily deals, rewards program, and very kind knowledgable staff. There's a lot to say about a good Dispensary, it's an easy thing to do, but a rare thing to find. Thank you for what you do DKC, you've got a new customer :)

Medical Review: Wow what a complete waste of time and gas. Absolutely 0 sense of customer service. Only metered parking spaces and there isn't many available during the day. Abundance of homeless that are very comfortable asking you for spare change. Another dispensary that you should avoid. There are plenty of good ones, this just isn't one of them.

I drive across town to come here. The staff is amazing, the customer service is really top notch and very personalized. I feel like family when I shop here, and they have been my assigned shop for my card for 3 years, about to be a 4th. Each staff member really knows their products, how they compare with other products in the shop and out, and I really get a sense that they care about my well-being. I had a surgery this year and they went out of the way to be accomodating and sympathetic to the painful process before and after. I refer everyone I know here.

I feel this is one of the best dispensaries in downtown Denver for medical patients. They have a bigger selection of flower, concentrates, topicals and edibles than most places with better pricing. The recreational side is also stocked with many products and vaporizers. And there are daily specials everyday where you can save money. The location is not bad- there are parking spots with parking meters nearby and a train station just across the street.
