Absolutely adored it here. This was my first time in LA first time buying from an actual recreational store. The woman with the pink hair was so sweet and I loved everything she suggested!! There was a younger blonde man who first greeted me and was super nice. Even the security guard was welcoming!! I will most definitely be returning before I head home.

I love the staff. All very kind. Unfortunately they dont warranty their clones. I got two clones from thc design and they had no roots- admittedly they were in rough shape when I bought them but they were selling them- I figured they'd be alright- why sell something that has no roots and wont grow right? I called to see if they can help but they are unable to replace. Dont buy clones there unless you see roots and you see the medium is moist. Mine was dry and not watered. Barc staff- please take care of the clones that you are selling.

Outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. As a first time visitor, I highly recommend this place. The staff knew about their highly curated products and seem to genuinely enjoy their experience of working here, which is always a good sign. Pretty wide variety of products hush is my main weekly supplies. They treat their old customers like family. Thank you so much!

I went and specifically asked for THC D indica and i was sold a hybrid which didn’t helped with insomnia. I go back and get another jar that time said indica and since i only use THC D brand i asked for that brand. What they sold me call Domo which is not in the brand site and also have no effect nor on sleeping not even THC effect. I google the Domo brand with THC Design and didn't find it. I suppose its a knockoff stuff they are selling. I call and ask for refund ir exchange they dont offer that also the shop owner Sam never return call.Its plain unprofessional and customer unfriendly. They should at least respond and explain. On that note they are not recommended on product authenticity and customer satisfaction.

This is the first time my dad i come to this place and it was wonderful. The security guard Moises was helpful and friendly he even told us about first timers get a 10 percent discount. The clerk Jose was very knowledgeable and really helped us in purchasing our first product. My dad loved this place and the atmosphere, he will definitely come back here again. Thank You!

Great products, good prices, the guy up front is friendly and most of the bud tenders are super helpful, but.... On a few occasions now I've gone in and had the girls working act as if my girlfriend or I are puttimg them out by asking questions. What's selling the best? Have you tried this product? What's the difference in experience between a product from these two brands.It's not a knowledge base issue, it's outright rude disposition. I've been given the impression on separate occasions that simple questions are an inconvenience. In an industry based on customer service, it definitely sticks out.

I have a chronicle insomnia problem and wanted to gets off ambient so I switch to green. I had a recommendations on one specific brand that these guys Happened to be one of handful stores to have it. On that note I have to to give credit to the store manager Sunny whose a hands on manager and takes excellent care of customers, since I did had a minor issue but he fixed it and show that he care about customer. So if you need first class help ask for Sunny.The brand in question to me is the Rolls of the weeds and they only do flower no vape or edible they are traditional and top quality, hence my only trustworthy brand. BARC have the best deal in town considering MedMen in Robertson sell 1/8 for $85 and BARC for $55 for the same flavor and same quantity. Based on my experience Sunny and his store are highly recommended.

Plants ......needed two for a personal grow they were droopy when i got them home roots had brown tips and trays were dry im not a professional but pretty sure trays should have watter waisted 36 bucks on soon to be dead plant fed and water them but no snap back just slowely getting worse first time and last time going to barc ......side note got three for the same price as your 2 through another spot and are healthy and doing amazing white roots and stood strong even after transfer to barstow and potting them and i drove worse was in a hurry to get home drove easy with the two that are going to die from you guys
