Overall Feedback:
Poor service by receptionist. As a concerned family member of one of their patients, I called to get some details regarding some pending tests. Receptionist wasn’t helpful, rather instead, insulted me by saying, “if you care about your mother, then you should go with her to her doctor visits.” Very unprofessional to make such a rude claim. Experience has made me question the overall quality of this clinic. We should all expect more from individuals whom facilitate our health services. I can’t give zero stars.
