I've been shopping at elements for years. Truly the best staff around! Today after restocking on cartridges, I went to swap an empty with my new cartridge and the battery came apart with the old one. The staff got me right in and out the door in under 5 minutes with a free replacement! The team here goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks Elements!
