Pretentious bud tenders who pretend to know what they’re talking about all the while being a little too stoned. This place is terrible. The guy with dreadlocks is the only redeeming quality about this place, everyone else acts like they’re doing you a favor. You’d think these bud tenders had MD’s or something. Truly a ludicrous experience here. If you’re considering going here look at how many 5 star fake reviews they have and then look at the substantial amount of one star reviews.

Love love love this place they're always friendly I live right down the road so I go there all the time. There may be cheaper places, but you get what you pay for. Picking up a vinyl or two after buying a joint is also awesome. Since when did stoners become so snobby. It's a weed store you're buying legal weed. Don't be so picky. Remember you're stoner roots. Chill man.

This place is three businesses in one and none of them gets more than two stars. Want a good headshop? Go next door. Want a good record store? Go up the street a few blocks South. Want a good dispensary? Go anyplace but here. The Medical cannabis is not competitively priced (it's 2019, NOT 2009!) and you would have to be new to the area and new to cannabis to pay what they're asking on the Rec. side. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Everytime. Save your time AND your money and buy your pipes, Pop albums, and pot anywhere but here! You've been warned.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Went in and bought a vape pen, got home and took three pulls and it stopped working. Tried to return it and was told no exchanges no returns. How can a place sell a defective product without replacing it. The guy accused me of dropping it and trying to return it. Seems shady to me when I have had similar problems at other dispensaries with vape pens and have never had an issue with an exchange for a working one

It's called Elite Organics because their product is grown in organic soil. Elite Organic soil. Prices are laid out with taxes included. What these other people fail to mention is the MMJ tax in Fort Collins is 13%. And they are certainly paying that anywhere in fort Collins. Head shop in front, party in the back. Excellent place. Best concentrate prices period.

I’m used to going into any dispensary and getting a warm welcome also letting know how they work as far as where the prices are in their daily specials not here no hi thank you anything customer service is awful I had to figure out how they separated Sativa and Indica in view the prices that are listed on the wall when I asked for a three tier listing and how much it was he told me well there’s none up there so obviously I can’t sell you any kind of rude Will not suggest this place to anyone and will not go back

This place has been a Fort Collins institution as a record store and head shop. The people were always nice to me, but the products are overpriced and average quality. Recently, in trying to follow up with a person named Claire, this Customer Relations Professional (me) got some of the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. Her co-worker was fine, but a person like Claire will ruin a whole experience for a customer. Not that they have anything that quality, but none of my friends in Fort Collins are going back there while Claire works there. I don’t think she was alive when I first shopped there. Boycott this place at all costs as their attitude does not fit the industry and their Karma has to be off the charts horrible. I’m very serious about this. An owner will hopefully contact me, as I they are friends of friends.
