By far the worst experience with insurance company I have ever had. No one ever picks up the phone, so you can not get any help while filling out your application and after they serve you a quote, they will tell you there is nothing they can do to change it as the information has been submitted. The only reason I have gone with Founder Shield is because my company required it. For my home insurance I use Chubb Insurance, they are reliable, responsive and respectful.

They were able to help my company develop our insurance program through from our Series B round through our recent IPO. We are excited to continue working with them.
