I rarely ever leave reviews but I'm livid, I've been a customer of Frosted Leaf Colfax for a while now but the last 3 times I've come my order has been wrong , When I come back and ask for the manager it happens to be the same person who messed up my order, Manny the Store Manager so he says. He has messed up my order on 3 different occasions. Even if him or one of the many manager you have there have fixed it . Maybe if your employees weren't so stoned out of there mind or to busy coloring to help and pay attention to your customers you wouldn't be losing money or customers. I will not be back to Frosted leaf Its not worth it . I'm sure the Owner is as incompetent as his staff . If you come here you will on;y be disappointed.

Now this is my home despensary, and highly recommend anyone interested in smoking good quality, excellent quantity, and definitely great prices. The customer service is not only awesome, but their all talented artists who can draw just about anuthying for you as your making your purchase... This flour, and concetrates are great, I mean just look???

Airo pro cartridges are phenomenal they also carry the G-Pen Gio pods and those pods hit like a champ and come with great strains that will surpass your expectations...... they have plenty of great bud to look and see as soon as you walk in and you are greeted with an incredibly nice and informative bud tender that will help direct and answer any questions you need asked to make you feel comfortable. That means a lot to me. Also they have a selection of infused drinks, chocolates, gummies,mints and tinctures and much more. The shop is well put together and feels warm and welcoming especially the tenders I feel like they get it and they are just great. ✌🏽

I am new in town and have been to a couple dispensarys but none like Frosted Leaf! The budtenders were attentive and were happy to answer all my questions. I swear I was in there for an hour and they were patient and so friendly with me. The order system was super easy after they explained it to me and the pre order option is just so convenient. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!!!!

Many reason's why but the main one is Frosted Leaf was the only shop open on Thanksgiving night late, we went to many stores that were suppose to be open but weren't. So one last stop at a place called Frosted Leaf. With the 4 or 5 cars following us to find a open shop, we stumbled upon a diamond in the rough and it was a beautiful site to see! After working 12.25hrs and driving nearly 18hrs you guy's made it worth what I put myself through getting there! Can't wait to visit again, hopefully in August! Happy Summer Solstice!

This used to be my go to dispensary, I really love their selection of flower and edibles. I also love that they have different price points for their flower. There have been several issues for me using their online ordering though. A few times I've placed my order for pick up, only to have them tell me they gave away my order before I got there. And I did choose the online order option not in store. Another problem I've had before was placing an order, only to come in and be told they are out of the flower I ordered. And what's really frustrating (and poor customer service), they wouldn't give me a substitute for what I'd ordered so then I ended up having to pay more for something else. Another time I had bought a vape pen kit that was sold with some concentrate syringe. When I got it home it was obvious the products weren't made for each other, and the vape pen seemed to be made for e liquid not cannabis. The concentrate didn't even go into the pen. They did return it for me but didn't take it off their website and continued to sell it knowing the issue I had. Their dispensary could be great if they fixed some issues like these.

I got an ounce for $100 out the door, but it was too good to be true. When I got home, I realized it was full of seeds. When I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do, and "if you wanted flower without seeds, that's $160." I will not be returning to this place 😐

Just moved to Colorado and this was my first shopping experience. Never having been a smoker, and not knowing anything about what I was doing I found Frosted Leaf to not only be a great experience but they had exactly what I was looking for. Amanda the girl who helped me was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered my questions, gave honest reviews about the various products, and helped me feel confident about my final purchase decision. Clean store, excellent service (Thanks Amanda!), and conveniently located, affordable. I'm not sure what regular cannabis users look for in a shop; But as a newcomer, I think Frosted Leaf will be my go-to. If you're new, and even if you're not, check out this location.

Came to the shop looking for good product, which clearly isn’t hard to find in Denver. They showed me one thing and gave me a package w/ over half shake and an abundance of stems which left me feeling tricked. DO NOT BUY PREPACKAGED PRODUCT FROM HERE. Wish I would’ve read the yelp reviews before stopping because there’s many, many other shops I’d rather have wasted my time and money at than here.

Been going here for a long time. If you know the specific brand concentrate you want or edible, then this place is fine. Buying any of their discounted flower is a joke. Buying any of their discounted concentrate is also a joke. Today buying an ounce for 100 dollars ( a deal that just about everywhere offers now a days) was the last straw. Bought an ounce of Golden Triangle and its absolute garbage. Completely filled with seeds, and tastes like there was little to no flush period. Nugs are also sold wet, which, as a whole, is unacceptable even in the black market.... Don't go here.. drive .2 miles past it and find the next place.... seriously...
