Louisiana's medical program is set up like competing drug gangs with their individual turfs which they aggressively protect. By this I mean they refuse to give a copy of your recommendation siting HIPPA laws while there is no medical information on there to even meet HIPPA laws. The reasons behind this is that when the dispensary number of registered patients gets to 3000 patients they can apply to open another dispensary in their area. For this reason they do not want to make recommendations available so they do fall below that number. They also do not want to provide a recommendation so you can not go to a state that offers reciprocity with prices 1/2 or less of Louisiana's program by the same growers. Louisiana's program will never grow to help people who need choices other than narcotics and big pharma drugs which have many times worse side effects than the condition they are treating.
