False advertisement of 5-10 minute pickup have to have an appointment selected or you wont be able to get the stuff you ordered. When I explained or tried to explain was rudely interrupted every 30 seconds saying it is in the text that I got 20 minutes after placing my order when the website told me pickup in 5-10 minutes needs to be corrected and staff need to be trained on customer service as I will not return would rather fly to Colorado just to get my stuff as they know it will only take 5-10 minutes rather a 3 hour wait dont waste your time 30 dollars in tax alone to be rudely told this I'll wait for somebody who knows what they are doing

They are always very polite, helpful & so knowledgeable. I suffer from several illnesses & they have helped me find the products I need to help control those illnesses. I’m down from 20 pills to less than 10 a day, and my pain , nausea has been controlled. I never thought of this as medicine until I started going to IL S&AP... I recommended going especially if you are medical. They put us first, and even brought me a wheelchair when I didn’t feel well one day . Curbside is amazing, just remember no curbside after 5 or weekends !!

Brady has greatly improved the overall customer service, with a keen eye for details, I cannot say enough about the overwhelming postitve energy the team has shown everday. You can literally feel the love that each employee gives every customer!

Very disappointed in the greediness of the operation,,you posted on line and I ordered 1/2 oz gg4 shake for 100$ ,,when I arrived and got my order I was charged 110 not 100,was told thats the price ,I ordered 2 of those so my online receipt said 241. So that's what I brought in cash to only find out it cost 273,,employee would not drop the price so I had to pay with my debit card and get charged another 3 dollars,,,so I spent an extra 35$ when I shouldn't have ,,not happy ,won't be back for awhile very disappointed

Since they went to the new way to pick up it’s been a lot better. But @illinois supply and provisions I have spent a lot of money with you all over this last two weeks over 1k and this last two time I have came the flower has had a lot of seeds in it. The lilac diesel, mandarin cookies, and the cheese 😩😩😩 hate to complain but the amount of money I’m spending I would love to have no seeds... this is the only reason I Gave 3 stars other than that customer service and speed of check out even the shuttle driver all get 5 stars

So let me start by saying I drove an hour to get to this place, to purchase their overpriced "goods". In my truck that is 20 dollars in gas round trip. Get there and you have to sign up online, no problem. I sign up online get to the shop online site and it will not load. I ask the person in charge why it will not load their response is sprint customers have been having problems shopping online, ok thats fine what can we do. They say try to get on McDonald's wifi. well it won't let you on the page because their wifi isn't secure. I go back to the place and they say there is nothing they can do. And basically send me away because of a malfunction or their website. So all in all I spent 35 dollars (the other 15 was for masks because they don't let you in without) and 3 and a half hours of my time to get turned away because their system is messed up. NEVER AGAIN will I try to patronize theor bs place of business and you shouldent either.

I've been to numerous dispensaries.As a medical card user, and recreation.Absolutely great staff.Safely handles customers privacy and health during our current crisesReplenished stock.Unique items, great glassware.Knowledgeable members to discuss products. Option for ATM use, or debit card.Security, and safety measures make this one of my top choices to buy from

My first experience here was Feb 2020, the wait was long, it was cold outside, but ultimately well worth it. I was very impressed with their procedures as well as how friendly and helpful all the staff members were. I have been back about 4-5 times since then and it gets better every time! The selection is getting bigger and the products are very good quality. I don't mind the wait or the prices - always a great experience. I highly recommend ordering from IS&P!

Always a great freindly and open staff at the Adams St. Location in Springfield. It's great to walk into a business where nobody is uptight and you feel the most welcome! Product is great! Strains are correctly categorized so you can always find something to suit your needs/wants. Product itself is fresh and top quality. The price($$$$$),well we are not on the west coast level not even close 😒 still hopefully though 😁. Glad I waited to leave a review to save the $5 on my next order 👍.. All in all great staff and location. The quality great,the price needs to be lowered...(less taxes maybe🤔)

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Despite the current situation, you get in and out pretty quickly. I appreciate that they have an efficient system in place! The prices are a bit high but that’s what you get for buying it through a company/state.
