VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE.I WENT TO THIS PLACE FOR ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT.THEY REQUESTED FOR INSURANCE INFORMATION,THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CALL AND LET US KNOW AFTER THEY GET INSU. VERIFIC... more

Ms. Ginger and Ms Melissa are so professional I'm a truck driver and the deep tissue and acupuncture they do is so helpful to me and for the work I do. My insurance covers the cost so check with your health plan. But I so encourage for any one who wants to be interested in another way to maintain your health try try try them. Please know before couldn't raise my arms nor touch my toes now I can... My weight went down from 293 to 229 within 3 yrs. They also educate you with nutrition and allot of stretching exercises you do on your own. THE BESTEST 😊

VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE.I WENT TO THIS PLACE FOR ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT.THEY REQUESTED FOR INSURANCE INFORMATION,THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CALL AND LET US KNOW AFTER THEY GET INSU. VERIFICATION.THEY NEVER CALLED WHEN WE CALLED THE OFFICE THEY TOLD US THAT THE TREATMENT I WAS GETTING IS PART OF THE DEDUCTIBLE (?) AND WE HAVE TO PAY FROM POCKET.WE CALL THE INSU. AND THAT WAS NOT TRUE THIS TREATMENT WAS NOT PART OF THE DEDUCTIBLE.TO MAKE SURE THEY GET PAID WE ASK THE OFFICE TO SENT IT FOR ( TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION) WE WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS AND WE DID NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THE OFFICE,SO, WE CALL AND THE LADY SAID IT IS " UNETHICAL"TO SEND FOR TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION.WE CALLED ANOTHER OFFICE IN P B AND WITH IN COUPLE OF HOURS THEY CALL BACK AND THEY TOLD US WHAT THE INSU. PAYS AND ALSO GET AUTHORIZATION FOR NUMBER OF VISITS.THE LEAST THIS OFFICE COULD HAVE DONE FOR A PATIENT WITH PAIN IS TO CALL AND SAY THEY ARE NOT COMFORTABLE TO DO THAT .THIS IS VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
