Thought $20 for a one gram cartridge was a hell of a buy but ended up too good to be true. Ordered the item online in the screen shots attached. Picking up item was an easy experience although when opening bag outside I realized it was not a cartridge at all but a syringe. I was stoped by employee with beard while re-entering store telling me I could not exchange the item and did not want to look further into the incident. He and the blue hair employee pretty much shamed me in front of another customer that I did not know how to use the wrong item "just put it on your weed and smoke it". I came back an hour later after looking online again to show them there is a picture of a cartridge with the item online that I ordered. Dude realized thier mistake and had to call his manager to get me a refund. They gave me a discount on another cartridge but I was not near the price that got me into the store in the first place. Please next time someone orders online you show them the product before putting it in the white paper bag and take a course in customer service!

Staff is helpful and friendly! Large selection of edibles, and high quality products too. Alex at the Pullman store definitely knows what she is talking about. Very passionate about her job and caring when it comes to helping customers. Would highly recommend!!

Thomas has always helped me and is more than welcoming. The place even allows dogs to come in! Everyone is super friendly, they have the best location as well as the best prices in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in for the first time today, and Alex helped me find what I needed. She was well educated on what brands they carried and the store was very clean and organized and had all the brands I love. It was easy flowing and I had a great experience.

Been going here since it opened up, also visited the one by seatac. Everybody is always really friendly and helpful, great deals and prices. Tim really helped me out and gave his honest opinion over everything I asked for!
