BEWARE. They sell short grams of oil. Thought this place was awesome untill I got home and noticed two of my four grams had unsealed containers. They weighed. 8 and .9 each. SHADYPlease see OLCC response to the owner's reply below. I seriously ecourage you to keep an eye out for your employees. I was sold two short grams point blank. I am not competition just a customer. I was actually super happy when I left with the quality of the product for the price. Untill I weighed it. Jenny,Thanks for your response. I HAVE taken your complaint seriously. Be assured that I have looked at the METRC (how they inventory and record sales) surrounding this business. The statement he makes regarding who you are, did not come from me, as I did not tell him who you were. I’m sure he is making an assumption based on his experience with a competing MJ store in the area. I will continue to monitor their activity. This is my go to spot for my medicine. I appreciate the fact that what they show you in the display jar is what you take home. I hate places that show you what's on their shelves and then hand you a pre packaged container of who knows what. (I call that a bit and switch)Here at the Local Herb Collective, they present the product in the jar to you, let you inhale the fragrance and then proceed to place what you order from that same jar you just sniffed from. Staff is professional and knows to heir products. Prices are fair and their products are top notch! From the limited shelf to the bargain shelf, you will find great quality cannabis. Ask about special deals and discount products.

I bought Voyager I from here and at Kola Cove. Both from the same farms, same testing dates, and thc level. The one from here is dry, small buds that don’t get me high what so ever. I Have no idea why there is a difference but there is and I’m very disappointed after spending $90 here. What a waste. I shouldHave just went to Kola Cove. I think they either lie about what their weed is or they’re use it for something first and then selling it. What a ripOff!

This used to be our favorite spot. We would go out of our way to come here when we didn't want to break the bank. Unfortunately it became a little judgey and when I tried to exchange a cartridge, the bud tender without even looking at it said it wasn't half full, then put her mouth on it before giving it back. So I lost out because I had to toss it anyway at that point. Luckily we have found new dispensaries that have better quality bud and cartridges at better prices.

Very disappointed to see their entrance was not wheelchair accessible and the staff made no attempts to help a disabled person and her caretaker get into the building. I’d love to see a small ramp so I can give this shop 5 stars.

Bought an 8th and was shorted. When i brought it up on my return visit the bud tender got immediately defensive and said something along the line of " because i didn't weight it out on an official scale it was impossible for me to scale the amount of bud i had received. I explained that i have been smoking for the majority of my life and i know approximately how long a 8th will last me( and the amount i originally received wasn't even close). from that moment on the rest of the visit felt like a verbal boxing match. The only reason Had mentioned it was so that they would weigh the 8th in front of me. But the way the conversation went; I was treated like a scam artist try to get extra bud. hands down the worse and only negative experience I had ever had buying weed. I have had easier times confront drug dealers then this company,

Absolutely love the staff.. all of them got my favs who have been there a min.. great prices great attitudes great customer service as well dont like going anywhere but here. My number one spot for sure.thank u guys for always being kind, Patient, happy,outgoing, and ur amazing prices... dont one bad thing I can say and I hope to be working with u all sometime soon..

Convenient, easy parking, good selectionYou know your in the right place the second you walk in the door. The sweet aroma of "flower" (G bud) fills the air although I am partial to concentrates which they have a fairly good selection of. And many kinds of "flower" it's set back location makes it a little hard to see but they do have a good sign at the main road I'd say give them a chance.

Great weed, like all weed. They have great deals, cheapest ounces i've bought in Portland. 60 bucks for an ounce with 29%?! That's bananas. They are fast, get people in and out. They are friendly but respect our time and the time of those coming in the door so no lingering conversations to try to get bigger tips. Which is very genuine and great, so I tip big. Hands down, the best dispensary in Portland.

My pops and I were there the first day that recreational sales became legal in the state, and The Local Herb Collective remains to be our go-to for fast, friendly, and "High" quality service ;-) Excellent quality of product and a decent selection with a top notch staff.
