So I have been going to this place for about a month.. I never spend much too be honest.. the people are great but here is my problem. The last 3 times I have been there I have purchased this Afghani kush... But today when I purchased the same thing... It tastes worse than someone's outdoor stress. Horrible! Is there anywhere I can add photo of what I purchased?

? Worst customer experience I have EVER had! I walked in smiling and asked the lady how she was doing. The woman behind the counter was hateful and rude as soon as I walked in. She got loud waving her arms everywhere and acting a fool because I asked what the difference between the chocolates were. She did not give me a receipt, wouldn't answer ANY questions I had and rushed me out of the store as soon as she SNATCHED the money out of my hand! I will NEVER go back and I don't recommend anyone going anyway. They only had like 4 kinds of green and Absolutely no respect for customer service

Quality product, no tax. Im from Denver where the green game is on point at dispensaries so, maybe I'm a little spoiled. I feel the atmosphere needs to be a little less DMV and more Dispensary. Honestly, I gave it 4 stars for 1. lack of product knowledge by the associate, 2. poor product display, 3. weak interior design and image. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be back. This place could be 5 star if they up their game a little bit. Peace and thank you.

Beware of Fake-False reviews!I have been shopping at this dispensary for years, and never for a single moment was I sold anything unexpected or treated in any way other than like a rockstar. They have the cleanest buds in town, and it doesn't take a genius to realize where the bad reviews are coming from. Use this knowledge when choosing a vendor. Long Lodge Tribal is honest, passionate, and true to their word and customers.

Newest Experience: I love how professional and knowledgeable these guys are. Chris helped me out with everything and what I needed to know. Visiting from out of town and we are staying in Dana Point so I tried to find some places. Could only find deliveries but they seemed legit and wanted me to send a picture of my license. THEY NEVER got back to me and it was 4th of July weekend so I had to party! I was totally willing to drive the 30min scary hilly drive (I'm a zoner where everything is flat haha) to go back to this place and so glad I did. Chris was awesome!Previous Experience : Preston was nice and helpful

Great experience with the staff but I am staying about 20 minutes away and bought two self contained vape pens. One was dead, the other died after a few drags. I got a replacement which only lasted half the life of the actual tank. Great pre-rolls though. Flower is great I do not recommend their self contained pens

I always go there to shop for flower , i was just trying to see what one of them smelled like before i bought an eighth but this rude lady with a southern accent said she couldnt open it because it would ruin it for the next person. I told her i wasnt going to buy some weed without smelling it and she said "Ok, see ya" so i just left now im driving to another dispensary maybe they will let me smell their weed.
