Visiting from out of town. Us oldsters we’re looking for our gummies & were pleasantly surprised to pay about $6 less than usual. The bud recommendation was spot on as well. The bud tenders were super friendly. We felt very welcome.

OUT OF STATE VISITORS READ; I'm 22 years old, and had my legal valid Florida State ID with me and was turned away because its a "Vertical" ID. This is of course preposterous; but not as annoying as them lying and saying the law is written this way, mandating a horizontal ID. well then I guess several dozen dispensaries in the state are operating illegally since this is the only one such dispensery I found with this policy.

I've been with nature's medicine since they started selling recreational and that was in 2011 2012 and I love them pricing is good staff are great treat you like family they are the best in town Ashley and Tom are the greatest but there all really good and they really do treat you like family you won't be disaponted and they really know there stuff if your not sure what you want they can help you out and it a really relaxed place you will love them there the best place to shop .,,,,,

My experience didn’t start out great due to a faulty cartridge that leaked. I wasn’t a customer in their system and I didn’t think to save my receipt so I had no record of my transaction. After a phone call to NM I found out I’d have to take a loss on the $65. I was bummed. What I didn’t expect was for Wendy (a store manager) to call me back the next day and do some digging to make it right. I’m blown away that she took the time with me to search through the transactions for that day and find my receipt in their system. Thank you Wendy and NM for the amazing followup. You guys rock! PS, the pre-rolled Js I got in the original stop we’re great! :)

Natures medicine- why did you sell me DITCH weed?!!? We placed an online order and I got blue dream testing at a whopping 10% thc and has more stems than anything else. We travel to come to you guys and couldnt of given us a heads up? We're very loyal customers and I wont be back. You guys make me so sad 😒 especially when you didn't even have the decency to email me back. Maybe this will get your attention.Previous review.This is the best rec place to go in the Chaffee county area. Their prices are unbeatable, quality is A+, and the service is so so so great. If you have questions, these guys have the answers.

Of the 1000 times ive been in there it's 5 out of 5 but yesterday It wasn't when I was blindly sold a ounce of shake for 150. Wasnt weighed in front of me cause we were asked out while she gets flower out of the safe. Came back in to my order being stapled up. Upon seeing what I was sold steps outside the door, I went right back in and was told basically to pound sand. I always go here and trusted they wouldn't do something like that. I wasnt even in the room and I specifically said I didn't want shake multiple times. Employee lied about weighing it in front if me. So I got shake and paid 150 for it then told to bug off. Visited first time about a month ago and would have rated 3 stars. Nothing horrible, just a little high (no pun intended) and kinda limited choices for flower. Visited today and total change. Now associated with Pure Greens and price point and selection is better than Denver recs for top shelf flower. Laid back atmosphere, no rush and very knowledgeable. If you like incredible flower at the best price, dont look anywhere else.

I was going to 3D Cannabis Center and wanted to try different styles of extracts. Nature's Medicine has exactly what I was looking for. One of the packages wasn't able to be opened and the gentleman behind the counter had a picture on his phone so I was able to see what the wax looked like. Made me a happy customer. I have since returned two more times! (:

I came in with my boyfriend and we were immediately taken care of. The employees were clearly happy to be working at this location and their selection is consistently good. We’ve been offered many great deals and discounts since first making a purchase here and that encourages us to come back again and again. I especially love the handmade pottery made from a local of Salida catered to wake and baking! All in all, love these guys!

I have been to several dispensaries around Colorado and this place is the best!! They make you feel like family the moment you walk in the door, I have never felt rushed like I do in other stores. They are always happy to anwser questions and attend to any needs. This place is like a second home they are so welcoming plus the bud is AMAZING!!!
