Feedback:

My experience didn’t start out great due to a faulty cartridge that leaked. I wasn’t a customer in their system and I didn’t think to save my receipt so I had no record of my transaction. After a phone call to NM I found out I’d have to take a loss on the $65. I was bummed. What I didn’t expect was for Wendy (a store manager) to call me back the next day and do some digging to make it right. I’m blown away that she took the time with me to search through the transactions for that day and find my receipt in their system. Thank you Wendy and NM for the amazing followup. You guys rock! PS, the pre-rolled Js I got in the original stop we’re great! :)
