I use a specific stain for sleep because few others really work. I called this shop to ask if they had it in a cartridge, the woman said she had one more and put it on hold. Went to pick it up, the cartridge wasn't in the system so they couldn't sell it to me. They had the cartridge right there, but couldnt sell it. Irritating but said they would call us later once system updated. Called the next day, system still not updated. They dont update their online menu either. For someone who needs specific strains for medical reasons, I'm really disappointed with this shop and how disorganized it seems. Lost a customer.Edit: I have called and talked to someone, that was the problem. You guys didnt fix the issue and still havent.
