Really noisy inside. Felt chaotic and overwhelming. Nothing about this place felt easy. I am a seasoned cannabis user. I had the vibe of get in and out quickly. Know what you want. Don't waste time. Go. Go. Go!

I was very uncomfortable going in there the first time. I just wanted some CBD. They set me at ease right away. The customer service has been very good every time I have gone in. You can even order online, and pick up to make the trip go even faster.

I am a soft person. I don't like confrontation. So when the employee told me that I was at the wrong counter, I apologized. Saying sorry to someone makes you vulnerable. She responded to that by treating me so poorly that I cried in my car driving home. Sometimes people have bad days. But this is the second time I've been treated like **** here. The place has great reviews, so maybe I just got unlucky. All I can say is I've never had a bad experience in Finley. I won't be coming here again.
