Feedback:

The weed is okay. Not the best in boulder but it’s fine, better then terrapin or MMJ. Had a disappointing experience where the power went out. At first staff was reassuring us to stay and that it would be fixed fast, we were understanding and patient but after some time we all decided to leave. Once we told them we were leaving they told us they had no clue how long it would take for the problem to be fixed. I asked if I could get a discount for next time because of the unpleasant experience and they said no. I will not be shopping here any longer... not because the power went out but because the lack of honest communication & the lack of consciousness towards the customer. I work in the industry and I know it’s possible to grant a customer a discount or at least offer a voucher for a penny joint for the inconvenience .Edit in response to reply: I am very unimpressed with that response. Central, north and south boulder still had power, it certainly wasn’t ‘most of boulder’. It seemed to really only affect your strip and the closest traffic light, I would hardly call one block most of boulder. When the power outage first happened your employees were very confused. I even said ‘if this were me at my dispo I would get everyone outside’ which they then did do 5 minutes later. I haven’t been in the industry that long and even I know the second the cameras go off, get people out! Your employees were too busy speculating why a battery powered computer wouldn’t have shut off in a power outage while open weed jars were left between customer and employees in the dark. It’s also very confusing that you didn’t have any coupons available because the manager was on the phone. Seems that there is no correlation between the two. It would have taken no trouble at all for one of the employees to have written down our names for a coupon whenever next available. I am disabled and the whole situation ended up wasting a lot of time and energy in my day.
