I have been with this credit union for over 30 years and this last year has been the absolute worst! I have had problem after problem with simple apologies but they continue to get worse and worse. I used to love this credit union! Cards on hold without notifying the customer!?! Who does this?

I was set up with an autoloan through Larry Miller and have got nothing but ads in the mail from the Credit Union. I get no bill, no method to pay, no statements, nothing but fluff asking me to open more accounts. I can't enroll in any online service either because I am have more accounts and products than I asked for apparently. The one time I was able to get a live human to help me she said there was nothing she could do and emailed me a form. After completing the form I got nothing back on a confirmation. Tried to follow up and they have gone dark on me. I feel like they want me to be late on my bill just to scam me for more money.

I've been coming here for years, I tried to set up online banking and I verified many questions over the phone. My dob, my social, etc. The employee was not able to help me because I wasn't sure if I had a beneficiary on my account... so I politely said "Okay thanks, maybe my routing number will be fine." She replies with "No you need your account number but ok." Very unprofessional.

All I wanted was very low level information on the car loan service offered through this c.u. I was using the chat function to speak with a csr to just gather that info to know if I wanted to come into the branch to speak to a rep about obtaining a loan. The csr spouted out a canned response that I could on get info if I came in and applied. I told her I did not want that hard credit pull until I knew if I wanted to potentially use their service. I asked 2 more general questions about if the limits of loans based of worth of the vehicle and the rep just stopped responding to me! I waited almost 10 minutes for any response, even prompting the rep with a - "Any guidance you an offer?" and still...no response. You lost my business for good as well as anyone else I can tell. Terrible customer service.**It would not let me reply but please do not have anyone from your company reach out to me. I will not be using your services period.

Every month for THREE YEARS they have sent mail to Gary Ross Shiplett. Every month, I send it back asking them to please stop sending his mail to W. 65th Avenue. Then they keep doing it. Why can't they quit aggravating me?!!!
