Not happy with Summit! So I have 10% with my insurance . Every time I go there they charged me what the product is advertised for, for example if something was $50 I paid $50. Basically gave it to me tax free (7%off) . Still missing 3% . So I stopped going here for a while. And also because i grabbed a half ounce off them once of there tier 3 and there was all trim on it still, manager at the time told me it was because it's there tier 3 flower they don't trim them good. (I just laughed) Today I went in to get a Jupiter 9 cartridge and I had 10% off from my Belly points (reward points they give you) I wanted to use. They charged me $59 for it. The cartridge is advertised for $60. Now it's suppose to be 20% from 60 at this point because of my health insurance too. So I go back in to tell them this time, and they make you feel like a bad guy. Had me wait back in line for a manager. The whole process took about 10-15mins, the only thing they did was give me the difference back. Then I explained to the manager that I always get charged the advertised price , and asked how come I never get the discount. She told me I have to check the receipt Every time now because there might be something wrong with there system.Why is it 11%?
