Feedback:

My kit arrived without the tent and the light. After responding to my initial contact the owner ignored me for several days. When he finally called me he accused me of lying about the situation, even yelled at me and was very condescending. Says the tent is on the way here but won’t provide a tracking number and accuses me of lying about the light not being in the kit. He even said “you’ll probably tell me you never got a tent, too”. Are you kidding me? Really nice customer relations...not! In addition to the missing light and tent one of the soil bags in the package was punctured and soil spilled over the other contents . Never again and never will I say anything positive about this company to anyone. Total disaster!
