I usually never go anywhere else as far as dispensaries, and mostly I’ve had great experiences. Except for the last couple times, I’ve done online orders for several prerolls. Both times I was helped by curly haired girl who could not seem to complete my order, for whatever reason. Both times she yelled, and ended up stomping off and telling someone else to finish my order. Kind of incredibly frustrated with service for the online orders when they are so encouraged.

We have friends who frequent this store and only had good things to say. Today was my first time in. I had an idea as to what I was looking for but asked the bud tender for recommendations, which seemed to irritate him. The guy was super rude and treated us like we were wasting his time. There were a few other people in the store who were being helped by other employees. There were no lines or anything, but he rushed us out as fast as he could. If I go back, it probably won't be for a while and we will definitely look for someone else to help us. Kind of disappointing .

I don't go here very often and that's for a good reason. Sometimes they have a good price on flower, but there's also a good reason for that. The last 3 times that I have purchased 1/4 ounce or more, it's been popcorn. Not a single ACTUAL bud! Very disappointing to drive all the way home in Redmond after a long week and end up spending 30 minutes picking out stems and getting so angry that it's impossible to enjoy smoking a bowl. There are plenty of dispensaries in the area with comparable prices on top shelf flower, I don't need to put up with itty bitty popcorn bud. 🙄👎Edit: checked the label and the percentage of the flower I bought was 4% less THC than was advertised on the site.

Great prices, good constant cheap choices, online provided by dutchie is great. The customer service is non existent, upon asking once the budtender said "I don't smoke herb only dab, never making eye contact" age appropriate attire might be nice also not looking like it's either the couch or at work, even having sleepy in the eye at 3pm. If you want knowledge, a repitoire, customer service I would go to Tokyo, Jollys, Mr. Nice guy, Jenny's or many of the other places which will remember your name, likes, and not repeat yourself each time to a new face or sadly the same one. Also the 3$ charge is not at nice guy or starfish, always double check for multiple charges also happened twice now. This is one shop that could be completely online, ran by kiosks, or drive thru only. Good prices in a pinch but zero customer service or knowledge.

So they do a 3 dollar charge because they say its to process the card your paying with I find this extremely annoying because Tokyo nor jollys does this just seems petty and a little sketchy if you ask me will not be going back jollys and Tokyo have much better quality flower anyways I feel there's some extremely shade things going on at this place be wary...

Hands down my favorite cannabis store in Bend. I remember going there when it was the tiny little place with the huge line and if you were smart, you had already called in your order for pickup. Every employee I have talked to is friendly, knowledgeable and most important.. patient. Doesn't matter to them how the long the line might be, if they are helping you all of their attention is on you and what you want or need. Their facility grew and yet they still provide top shelf service and customer engagement.They still can have a long line of people waiting, but you can always call that order in or even online. God bless technology.

Never get a receipt when I think I'm over paying even tho I ask in person. I get the same thing every week and it use to be close to 60 bucks now it's almost 100 every time thinking about going to Jollys for a week or two. Bud tenders are ruder than my old weed dealer lol might even try and hit him up before coming back here. Why even have an army veteran discount if they never even give it to me? I literally have been told I got the discount and check receipt and what do you know I didnt lol this place is a joke and I haven't gone back for almost 3 months now they lost 100 dollars a week from me!

They have good prices, if you want to wait 20-30 minutes to get to the counter and then be treated like a nuisance. My problem is the bud tenders, they aren’t friendly and when I ask questions they look at me like I’m annoying them. I’ve even had the tenders talk bad about their own products, not a vibe I want when purchasing anything, ever.

I love this dispensary. The only problem I had was the fact there were two older gentleman who held up the line for literally 20 minutes.It was very rude because there was the first guy who called up the second guy, who just cut in front of everyone.By the time I got to the front of the line there were like 15 people behind me. The line went all the way back to the door. They should have some sort of time limit. Anyways they have decent prices and very good weed.

I used to be a medical patient here not long after it opened. Sense they became a recreational store and expanded they have lost their Intimacy and consideration for the customer. I feel as if there are college students with no knowledge I've cannabis being but tenders and I need Someone with medical knowledge and understanding and in depth cannabis training. There are long lines and you Always end up feeling very rushed by the Bud tender, Ending up with limited time to browse. As one of the first thousand patients, I no longer find value in this store or feel valued besides having later hours than most.
