What is the benefit of ordering online when you still have to wait, along with walk ins? Not saying disregard the walk in customers, but management definitely needs to get a grip. You're standing in line, dust blowing in your face, every time someone leaves or comes. And if management sees no difference or benefit in ordering online, then don't make it available. when I order online, I expect to pick it up, not wait in line 40 minutes! Riddle me this!h It makes absolutely no sense that 3-4 employees are parading around the parking lot. Then when you ask management to speak with them, while they're standing there chatting, their reply is there busy.

All taxes included, what you see is what you pay. They get really busy! No discounts or freebies but defiantly the plug when it comes to affordable quality. They carry big names and up and coming as well as plenty of variety when it comes to choice. Occasionally they will run dry but Thursday seems to be the most stocked day out of the week. Everyone in here is super chill and friendly but some aren't as helpful when it comes to strain knowledge. I recommend this spot for the affordable prices and quality you get. If you need things to be explained to you or have questions try another spot.

Great prices on top quality products.The price on the menu and displays is including all taxes, making it simple to figure how much cash to bring.CASH ONLY.The staff was friendly and actually gave me good recommendations. What the sold me was very appropriate for my needs.There are other stores in the area but I feel Theraleaf is the best pricing for the quality. I will definitely be returning.

Just came here for the first time yesterday and I was impressed! I grabbed some concentrates and it was sooo good! And the prices are great! I will definitely be coming back for more! Their selection of Flowers are great too! No enough parking space though, but thats a good thing because it was packed with people. Very Happy! But no gift or any discount for new patients. Thats okay though because the price was right.

My drivers license wouldn't scan because of a worn change of address sticker so they wouldn't let me in. Their bouncer was rude, aggressive, and contemptuous to me because I locked my bike to the fence inside the open side parking area. They saw me on my phone (checking my map app) on the security cams obviously. There was no sign forbiding entry and the vehicle gate was wide open so I couldn't have known. Overall, The place had an unfriendly and callous feel to it. There are easily better places than this that will treat you with respect and humanity. Elemental, around the corner, is light years ahead of this place. Go there instead. I passed by later and that gate was left wide open again. Their bouncer needs to be fired or given some customer service training.Update: I talked with someone there about the bouncer. First, she apologized but noted there was a no parking sign. I noted that he took issue with me personally and the bike was parked among scrap boards where a car couldn't park. Then she tried to excuse him, saying it was a security issue yet no sign forbade personnel. Either way, the bad attitude was not called for. I wish zero stars was an option.
