Had a horrible experience here. Stopped by after work last night. Told the girl I’d recently turned 21, never used any thc products or smoked before and was looking for something to help with difficulty falling asleep. She sold me a bag of edibles. Went home and tried one, worst experience of my life. Was way to strong for me, freaked me out and ended up crying for most of the night. Talked to some of my friends today that are more experienced and even my friends that smoke every day said that this strength edible will still get them high as balls. Not a good recommendation for someone inexperienced.

Extremely friendly, helpful and kind service every single time I come in. Really great variety of product available as well as paraphernalia. Good daily discounts, discounts for cash and Smart Trip discounts. They are able to accommodate knowledgeable customers as well as those of us who are unfamiliar with varieties of product, strains and strengths. Really welcome and supportive environment. Highly recommend.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Trove and my recent experience solidified that Trove Cannabis is by far my favorite weed store in Bellingham. I was greeted right away with a friendly "hello, welcome to Trove" and a smile. We were helped by Budtender Carter who was professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Carter was extremely knowledgeable about indica grams and sodas and gave us several recommendations for products that are now our new favorites. I've visited several other dispensaries in town and Trove is the only store where I don't feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to buy the most expensive products. We walked away with an even greater understanding of the products you carry and that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you patronize a local business that hires stellar staff. I can't recommend Trove Cannabis enough. Their prices are extremely competitive, their products are plentiful and well stocked, their rewards system is awesome, and their customer service is on point.

Trove, I came to the store with a friend, not expecting to buy anything, I wasn't even interested in looking because the weather was bad and my day at work was just awful. My buddy asked me to come in so he could look around and not feel guilty for leaving me in the car. Your staff was friendly and welcomed me as a friend, even though I didn't want to be there. We started talking about Lemon Kush. It brought back some nostalgia for me. I have a really good story about an experience I had. The story is immortalized in a song I helped write in Kansas City called My Lovin Smells Like Lemon Kush. I was instantly transformed into the excited man of ten years ago from the grouchy middle aged person who just wanted to go home. Your staff helped me take another look and gave me some really good recommendations, which they happily sold me and I happily bought. Thank you Trove, the customer service I received is really what turned my day around.

Trove Cannabis is quite wonderful. Of course, it depends on the experience you want from a budtender. If you want the person that looks like they showed up high to sell you some bud, Trove Cannabis is never that place!The staff are all alert, educated, friendly, and ready to help you buy whatever you are looking for. If you're new to THC/CBD products, the budtenders here are always patient and willing to explain different strains, changes in you high experience based on how you consume, etc.Most of the time you can pay by card, which shows on your statement non-descript to your purchase. If their systems are down, which happens an occasion, they have ATMs on site for cash.In my opinion, there isn't a better professional experience than Trove Cannabis.

One of the more expensive dispensaries in town. It is BEAUTIFUL inside, very nicely set up. However the bud-tenders I’ve experienced on both of my visits were not very insightful on their products. Go across the street to cascade if you want a bud-tender that can give you all the ins and outs on the strains and products they’re selling you!

I’ve been a Trove customer for nearly 5 years now and my appreciation for this store only continues to grow. Having some insight to the industry, I know that this store has excellent product at fair prices, great customer service and tactful management. I have been to every dispensary in Whatcom/Skagit county and my home base has always stayed here. Trove has an extra something special about it. Try them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Trash !!! Better quality, cheaper elsewhere ! The product is old and dry regardless of the printed dates on the packaging. Good reviews are fake or from newbies who dont know any better. So many other dispensaries to choose from who have some of the SAME EXACT BRANDS with fresher flower and considerably lower price. Going here then to other Bellingham Dispensaries I feel cheated. I will never be back. Also caregivers were much better , now we have Drone -like emotionless Managers and tenders .

Very good prices. Knowledgeable staff who really don't mind chatting with you about the different products. I never used it until a year and a half ago, then began due to some severe physical pain and discovered that it also helped my anxiety. I have autism and it helps me when I become agitated. I knew nothing about any of it and the bud tenders here helped me find the products that are within my budget and do for me what I need. Like they talked me into trying Sativa though I thought I only liked Indica (being autistic and very OCD and hating change, I don't like trying new things but I did and I liked it. I have very poor health mostly due to medications that doctors made me take to "control" my behavoral problems all my life my brother also was autistic but he smoked pot. I wish I had not been so legalistic and had done what he did. Well he does have a touch of COPD from smoking it: however, he is still working, whereas I am not able to at all. All in all he is in far better shape than I am and the big difference is I took pharmaseuticals and he took cannabis.
