Super helpful super friendly I was on holiday here last year and this was the first place like this I visited I was stunned at how much like a 'real' shop this was...obviously it's not like this in my country (uk) since visiting a few more of these establishments on my holiday I can honestly say the guys in this place were really good customer service was excellent and just the displays and range of products the cleanliness of this place was the best I don't even think my actual pharmacy is this clean well done such great service and obviously the products were on point

I've been coming to Urbantreez for three years now and ever since they hiredthis stud chick named Jazz I have not wanted to come back... She is rude and is a sad excuse of a budtenders. I don't know what her problem is with me but it seems like she has a issue with me coming. As long as she is working at this shop I will not shop here. She told me they dont give the review joints unless I come on a lot.... I've been shopping at Urbantreez for 3 years and she just got hired. I have a son that I take care of my bad if I can't come to the damn weed shop everyday just because she wants me to... The shop says if you leave a review you get a penny joint not if you come in every day and leave a review you get a joint. So why did jazz tell me that I had to come everyday to get my joint for my 5 star review. I deleted the 5 star review previously posted Because jazz refused to give me my joint and was being rude. And this was not the first time that she was rude to me. I will also be reporting her to her managers... Urbantreez is going to lose a lot of business because of the girl ..

Such a dope place to visit! One of my favorite places to always find a new selection of bud and great deals. I started going to this little gem last year on my way to another dispensary and never went back to the old place. I first was taken back by the personal customer service by their friendly security guard -- usually security guards don't even look at you. Next, the fact that they continuously cycle through deals in the shop is a great incentive to reward your customers for supporting the business. In this day and age of dispensaries on every corner of LA, its important to find a place that you can call home and consistently get quality trees and exceptional service!

In addition to its convenient location (about a mile from my apartment), I was impressed with the aesthetics of the interior of the shop. Clean, well lit, and well designed. The staff — including the two security guards on duty — could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Highly recommended for weed enthusiasts in the Studio City, Valley Village, and North Hollywood area.

This place is absolutely the best. From the security at the door greeting you to having the budtenders recommending what's new in from your last visit. Reviewing the overall shop because they don't rush you, there's never a crazy line either. I buy flower and it's always grade A ! so don't expect to be disappointed because this place never does that !

easily the best shop in the valley - been coming here since they were called Bhang Society, and i've got no plans to stop any time soon! zeki farms produces amazing bud that's super reasonably priced - you can find amazing terp bouqets all the way down to their 10 dollar grams - and the budtending staff really cares about what they're doing!
