Overall Feedback:

The purchase of this service will always be remembered by me as the worst business decision I had made during my first year in business. The best part of the service is the sales presentation! He had a great presentation and could show how all of my needs would be met. Once the purchase is made, the only thing heard are crickets. I found there really is no tech support. There was no assistance in setup and configuring the account. Without assistance, there is no way to setup the service to perform any of the options presented by the salesman. When someone finally responded to my requests for assistance it was only to tell me that I needed to submit a work order request and they would contact me. Don't waste your hard earned money on this service. Even after I paid for this service I still ended up staying with Paychex and upgrading my service to get the features Zenefits said they would do.
