The purchase of this service will always be remembered by me as the worst business decision I had made during my first year in business. The best part of the service is the sales presentation! He had a great presentation and could show how all of my needs would be met. Once the purchase is made, the only thing heard are crickets. I found there really is no tech support. There was no assistance in setup and configuring the account. Without assistance, there is no way to setup the service to perform any of the options presented by the salesman. When someone finally responded to my requests for assistance it was only to tell me that I needed to submit a work order request and they would contact me. Don't waste your hard earned money on this service. Even after I paid for this service I still ended up staying with Paychex and upgrading my service to get the features Zenefits said they would do.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. They have charged our credit card for services we never signed up for since January. They refuse to give us a refund unless we sign a new agreement. The product is useless and not at all how they explained it during our demo. Huge disappointment!

Rude customer service! Pick someone better who knows not to raise her voice on a customer who is respectfully trying to understand what the hell had happened with his account. If you can't find a patient CS, then too bad! You deserve a one star then for your poor funneling an impatient, rude CS.
